Employee Clock In-Out Report

Learn about the Employee Clock In-Out Report.

 

1.

Click the Date drop-down on the toolbar in the right corner and select the range you'd like to view.

 

 

Click on Custom Date Range to access the From and To fields, select the desired date on the calendar, and click Apply.

Use this report to track all your employee work hours for a given time period.

All employees Regular and Overtime hours are shown, as well as Overtime 2 Hours. Regular and Overtime hours are based on the configured Payroll settings, and on whether the employee is Exempt or Non-Exempt.

Please Note: Exempt employees do not have Overtime hours.

To review an Employees clock in and clocked out times, click on the employee's name or email the report to yourself from the POS using the "Complete report" option.
