Network Connectivity


You can still use most of the POS features online. Only Menu Admin and Reports require the internet connection. 

To do a quick check, look at the wi-fi icon on the top toolbar. It should be green. If you click on it, it will tell you if you’re connected.


You can also do a more detailed check, by clicking on Main Menu > Settings > Device Manager.


In the middle section, which should be green, you should see Internet: Connected and if you process credit cards through the POS, you should also see Payment: Connected. That is the payment gateway.

From here, you can Restart the App if you’re having difficulty or contact your ISP with internet related issues. If you’re still experiencing issues, contact our Support team.
