Assignments (v6.24)

Learn how to create and edit Job Assignments in version 6.24.

1. Assignments

Under the assignments tab in User Management, you will find several columns.

Job Assignment - a list of the current job titles for the business.

Job Code - Used for creating specific job codes that allow grouping of roles when looking at reporting or financial records.

Default Pay Rates $ - Current pay set for each job assignment.

Color - Color of each job assignment that will show on the user screen when a user is active.

2. Adding new assignments

To add a job assignment Click on Add New Assignment.

Enter the Job Title, Job Code, the Hourly Rate, and select the color you want to be associated with the role.

Click Save.

3. Editing Assignments

To edit a job assignment Click on the row you would like to change.

Click Edit, This will allow you to then make changes to each assignment, edit a custom job code, the hourly rate, and the color you want to be associated with the role.

To delete the job assignment Click Delete Assignment.
