In todays digital age, convenience is key, and we're thrilled to offer your guests an effortless way to enroll in the CAKE Loyalty program through your Online Ordering (OLO) platform. This guide will teach you how guests can seamlessly sign up for loyalty rewards while placing their orders online.

When guests proceed to the payment information page during the online ordering process, they will encounter a prompt inviting them to sign up for the Loyalty Program. Here's what they can expect:
- Points Preview: A preview of the points they could earn for their order will be displayed. If a Sign-Up Bonus was configured via the CAKE Loyalty settings, the preview will include both the points earned for the order and any bonus points.
- Checkbox Options: guests will have the option to agree to sign up for rewards (loyalty) and accept the terms & conditions to receive marketing messages. These checkboxes ensure that guests are fully informed and consent to participating in the loyalty program.
- Existing Loyalty Account: If the guest already has a Loyalty account, entering their information on the payment information page will automatically display the points earned for the current order.
Upon enrollment, guests receive a welcome email inviting them to activate their Guest Portal access through a "magic link" included in the email. This enables them to access their Loyalty account, set up their contact information, stay updated on their reward points, and more!
