  • Open the Gift Cards module via the Main Menu on your CAKE POS.
  • Swipe the card and choose a preset value or enter a custom amount.
  • Sell Gift Cards just like any other item.

• Automatic Setup for Gift Card Payments:

  • Select "Gift Card" as the payment method at checkout.
  • If the card balance is insufficient, pay the remainder with another payment method.

• Manage Your Gift Cards on CAKE:

  • View the card’s current balance.
  • Redeem the full balance, give change, or keep the remaining balance on the card.
  • Access Gift Card purchase history.

Custom Artwork Options:

• Choose from premade designs (Quick Cards) or upload your own custom artwork for a personalized touch.

Tip: Save your order number when you first purchase gift cards to make reordering easier!
