To find these settings, click Main Menu>Settings>System Options>Service Charge.
The Service Charge amount will allow you to enter in how much the service charge will be based on the order amount.
*If you do not want to use a service charge at any time, we recommend changing the amount to 0%.
You can then also toggle on Guest Count Minimum and/or Order Amount Minimum. Guest Count means that if the party is at a certain number of people or more (determined by Guest Count entered on a table, or number of Seat Positions at a table), the service charge will be added automatically.
Order Amount Minimum applies to the dollar amount of the entire order. In the example below the service charge will be applied to any check $100.00 or more.
Note: If both minimums are ON - only one will be needed to trigger the service charge.
Apply Service Charge Before Discounts, when toggled on will apply the service charge prior to any discounts.
Lastly, click Save Changes and your changes will be saved.
