- Purchase the CAKE Loyalty Feature: Visit the CAKE Shop via the Admin Portal to purchase and enable the CAKE Loyalty feature for your restaurant.
- Check Your POS Version: Ensure your POS system is running version 6.36.12.0 or above, as this is required for CAKE Loyalty.
- To check your POS version, select the register name in the top-left corner of the sign-in screen on any terminal in your network.
- To request a POS upgrade, contact CAKE Support via text or call at (855) 696-2253.
- Activate CAKE Loyalty: Once you've purchased the Loyalty feature, activate it in the Admin Portal. This process includes configuring your loyalty settings, such as choosing how customers will enroll, setting point-earning and redemption rates, and downloading your Loyalty QR Code.
- Start Enrolling Customers: Promote your loyalty program using the QR code and other marketing materials. Customers can sign up in-store, online, or through the Loyalty Guest Portal and start earning points right away.
