- Total Outstanding Balance: Total outstanding balance of all the gift cards. The time filter does not apply to this since this is a current snapshot of the total outstanding balance.

Transaction Types:
The transaction types included in this report are listed below. Please note that you can filter by only one transaction type at a time. To change the transaction type displayed, use the 'Transaction Type is _' filter at the top of the report.
- Activation: The gift card is activated when cash is added for the first time.
- Reload: Subsequent cash reloads on an already active card.
- Redemption: Every time a gift card is used to pay for an order or to add value to another gift card.
- Cash Redemption: When a customer asks to get cash back for the total balance available on the card.
