What is CAKE Admin Portal?

CAKE Admin Portal is our online hub designed to simplify your restaurant management. Manage your menu, access vital reports, pay your monthly CAKE invoices and more!

Setting Up Your CAKE Secure Login:

1. Welcome Email:

• When your account is created, you will receive a welcome email. If you didn't receive the email or if the link expired, please contact our 24/7 support team at (855)696-2253.

2. Set Up Your Password:

• Once you receive the email for your initial account, click on the link and set up your password.

3. Linking Additional Accounts: 

• For those managing multiple locations, you'll receive a similar email for each location. Click the link in the email.
• You'll be prompted to enter the password from your initial account to link the portal.
• Note: This process requires using the same email address for every location. If you need to create a new user on an existing account to link them, refer to our User Management article.

4. Success Message:

• Once your password is entered, a success message will confirm the account link.

5. Access Your Portal:

• Navigate to admin.cake.net.

• For those managing multiple locations, you see a convenient drop-down menu, allowing you to select the restaurant's portal you'd like to access.
