3. Can I migrate my existing loyalty program contacts to CAKE Loyalty?
Yes. To start the migration process, contact CAKE Support at (855) 696-2253. You will be sent an Excel file to fill out with your loyalty contacts' information, including full name, email address, address, phone number, and loyalty points balance. Once you complete and return the file, your existing loyalty contacts will be imported into CAKE Loyalty and your loyalty customers will receive an onboarding email. More information will be provided upon request.
4. Where can I find information about Loyalty Redemptions in my reports?
On the Close Cash report, Loyalty Redemptions will be displayed under the ‘Discounts & Comps’ section.
In the Transactions Report, Loyalty information can be found under the Transaction report, within the ‘Discounts & Comps’ tab.
5. What do the Discount Type and Discount Reason display as in reports?
In reports, the Discount Type will be displayed as 'Loyalty', indicating that the discount applied is part of the CAKE Loyalty program. Similarly, the Discount Reason will be displayed as 'Loyalty Discount', providing clarity on the reason for the discount being applied.
6. Can I customize the rewards offered through CAKE Loyalty?
With CAKE Loyalty, loyalty points can be redeemed for dollars. You have the ability to customize the rewards by setting the Dollar to Points conversion and the Points to Dollar conversion within the CAKE Admin Portal Loyalty Options settings.

7. How can I track the performance of my loyalty program?

- In-Store Purchases: Each paid receipt will feature a QR code that customers can easily scan to claim any missing points.
- Online Orders: For digital receipts received via email, customers will find a convenient link located at the bottom of the email receipt. By clicking on this link, they can proceed to claim any missing points associated with their order.
